Ingredients: 50ml Spiced apple rum 25ml Lime juice 6 Mint leaves 12.5ml Cinnamon syrup 37.5ml Cloudy Apple Juice Method: 1. Add the mint and cinnamon syrup to a tall glass and muddle. 2. Top with crushed/pebbled ice and pour in the spiced apple rum. 3. Add the lime juice and apple juice and swizzle stir with a barspoon. 4. Add a straw and garnish with a mint sprig and an apple slice.
