Ingredients:
50ml Spiced Apple Tequila
12.5ml Lime Juice
100ml Ginger Beer

Method:
1. Add ice to the rocks glass.
2. Add all the ingredients and stir with a bar spoon.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
