Spiced Apple Mojito Royale

Ingredients:
50ml Spiced Apple Rum
25ml Lime Juice
25ml Apple Juice
12.5ml Simple Syrup
6 Mint leaves, topped with Soda Water.

Method:
1. Add the rum, lime juice, apple juice, syrup, and mint to a shaker.
2. Top with ice and shake.
3. Double strain into a flute glass.
4. Top with soda water and stir with a barspoon.
5. Garnish with an apple slice.
