Ingredients:

35ml Spiced Apple Rum

100ml lemonade or soda

Dash of elderflower cordial (optional)

Method:

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.

2. Pour 35ml Spiced Apple Rum over the ice.

3. Add 100ml lemonade or soda water.

4. Optionally, add a dash of elderflower cordial.

5. Garnish with an apple fan and a sprig of mint.
