MYST Apple & Ginger Smash

Ingredients:

50ml Spiced Apple Rum

25ml lime juice

15ml sugar syrup

2 slices fresh ginger

Method:

1. Muddle 2 slices of fresh ginger in a shaker.

2. Add 50ml Spiced Apple Rum, 25ml lime juice, and 15ml sugar syrup.

3. Shake well with ice.

4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

5. Garnish with a lime wheel or crystallised ginger.
