Ingredients:

25ml Salted Caramel Tequila

50ml Clementine Juice

12.5ml Lime Juice

12.5ml Simple Syrup

Thyme Sprig

90ml Prosecco

Method:

1. Add the salted caramel tequila, clementine juice, lime juice, syrup, and thyme sprig to a shaker

2. Add Ice and shake

3. Pour into a wine glass filled with ice and top with prosecco

4. Stir with a spoon

5. Garnish with a clementine wheel and thyme sprig
