A rich banana-bread twist on the classic Espresso Martini.
A Premium Silver Tequila with notes of Arabica Coffee that tastes as good as it smells. Small notes of Chocolate leave you wanting more. Shoot chilled or shake into a classic cocktail such as espresso martini.
Ingredients:
50ml Coffee Tequila
12.5ml Banana Liqueur
7.5ml Cinnamon Syrup
Espresso
Method:
1. Cut a banana slice, coat with sugar and blow torch to brulee.
2. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and top with ice.
3. Shake and double strain into a coupe glass.
4. Garnish with the bruleed banana.
